Ingredients

  • 1

    celeriac

  • 1

    Granny Smith apple

  • 1

    red apple

  • 1 1/2 cups
    (375 mL)

    mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    coarsely chopped walnuts

  • 1/2 Tbsp.
    (2 mL)

    Worcestershire sauce

  • Tabasco sauce to taste

  • As needed salt and white pepper

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Peel and finely grate celeriac.

Rinse and dice apples in cubes.

Mix celeriac, apples, mayonnaise and lemon juice.

Add nuts. Add Worcestershire sauce.

Season to taste with Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with parsley.
