Warm Apple Salad with Yoghurt Dressing

Add all
  • Dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    plain yoghurt

  • 1

    scallion, minced

  • To taste Salt and pepper

  • apple salad:

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    bean sprouts

  • 6 leaves

    chinese lettuce minced


In a bowl, whisk oil with yoghurt until the consistency of mayonnaise.

Add the remaining dressing ingredients; set aside.

Peel and mince apples; sprinkle with lemon juice.

In a steamer basket, cook bean sprouts 1 minute.

Mix together all ingredients; drizzle with dressing.
