Ingredients

  • 1

    white onion

  • 1 lb
    (454 g)

    green beans, blanched

  • 6

    small italian tomatoes, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    dried tomato pesto

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    slivered toasted almonds

Preparation

In a frying pan, brown onion, green beans and tomatoes in oil 2 minutes.

Add pesto and coat vegetables well.

Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with almonds.

Serve right away.
