Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 inch (1 cm) slices peeled seedless watermelon

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    crumbled feta

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    torn mint leaves

  • 1 pinch

    of black pepper

Preparation

Arrange two 1/2-inch (1-cm) slices peeled seedless watermelon on salad plates.

Scatter each portion with 1/4 cup (50 mL) crumbled feta. Sprinkle each with 1 tbsp (15 mL) Irresistibles Mezzo Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tsp (10 mL) torn mint leaves and a pinch of black pepper.
