Ingredients

Add all
  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    2% milk

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    fresh strawberries

  • 1

    bananas

  • 10

    mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    0% plain yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    liquid honey

Preparation

In a mixer or food processor, blend the milk, strawberries, banana, mint leaves, yogurt and honey until smooth and foamy.

Serve in 4 glasses that have spent a few minutes in the freezer so the dessert stays chilled.

Divide the whipped yogurt equally into each glass.
