Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 1/2 cups
    (375 mL)

    unsalted butter

  • 2

    chopped French scallions

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    lime juice

  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Melt 15 mL (1 Tbsp.) of butter in a pan and sauté the scallions in it for 2 minutes.

Add the lime juice and simmer until the mixture thickens.

Add the rest of the butter little by little, stirring constantly on a low heat.

The mixture should become creamy.
