White fish with Spinach and Clementine Stuffing

    fillets of john dory

  • baby spinach as needed

  • 4


  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)

    cayenne pepper


Preheat oven to 325°F (170°C).

Cover fish with spinach.

Peel clementines, separate into segments. Lay on top of spinach.

Roll John Dory up. Place rolled in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

Season to taste and serve.

Suggested side dishes: Bean sprout and vegetable sauté.
