Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    butter

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    whole wheat flour

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    cold skim milk

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    powdered milk

Preparation

Melt butter and add whole wheat flour.

Cook, stirring until frothy.

Pour in cold skim milk mixed with powdered milk.

Stir until thickened.
