Ingredients

Add all
  • 2/3 cup
    (170 mL)

    red wine

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    olive oil

  • 2

    garlic cloves, crushed

  • 4

    green onions, chopped

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    dry mustard

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    chopped fresh herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary)

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    chopped fresh parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate.
