Yogurt, Fruit and Cereal Parfait

Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    own choice fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    plain or fruit yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    honey

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    own choice cereals

Preparation

If necessary, hull fruit.

Place a third of yogurt in a Sunday cup or a transparent glass.

Pour half the fruit and honey over the yogurt and cover with another third of the yogurt.

Add your choice of cereals and pour the remaining yogurt.

Finish by adding the rest of the fruit.
