Yogurt-Marinated Swordfish Brochettes

Ingredients

Add all
  • marinade:

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    plain yogurt

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    fresh-squeezed lemon juice

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    white wine

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chopped fresh dill

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chopped fresh parsley

  • 1

    clove garlic, chopped

  • 1

    green onion, chopped

  • milled black pepper to taste

  • 4

    prepared swordfish brochettes

Preparation

In a rectangular dish, mix marinade ingredients together.

Add brochettes and refrigerate for 2 hrs.

Turn brochettes a few times to coat evenly with marinade.

Preheat barbecue to medium.

Drain brochettes and put on the grill.

Cook 3-4 min. per side.
