Yves Hawaiian Pizza Squares

Add all
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    olive oil or spray

  • 1

    recipe pizza dough, or 2 pre-made 12 in. (30 cm) pizza shells

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    your favorite pizza sauce

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    pineapple pieces, squeezed to remove excess liquid

  • 1 pkg

    canadian veggie bacon, or veggie ham 1/2 in. (1 cm) dice

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    grated low-fat mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    parmesan cheese

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    olive oil (optional)


Preheat oven to 425°F / 220°C.

Use 1 tsp. (5 mL) oil or spray to lightly oil baking tray (approximately 10 x 15 in. / 25 x 38 cm tray).

Press out pizza dough evenly to all corners of tray.

Spread pizza sauce across dough.

Evenly sprinkle pineapple pieces, followed by Yves Veggie Bacon, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Drizzle remaining 2 tsp. (10 mL) olive oil (if using) along edge of pizza dough.

Bake for 16 minutes or until crust is golden brown. (If using ready-made shell, follow package directions for baking.)

Cut into 3 in. (7,5 cm) squares.
