Fromagerie Alexis de Portneuf La Sauvagine is a surface ripened soft cheese with a washed rind made from cow's milk. Its moist, supple rind protects a runny ivory centre that reveals flavours of fresh butter and mushrooms, with a rustic, melt-in-the-mouth finish. This cheese has won several awards, including at the World Cheese Awards 2023-24 and the International Cheese Competition (SIAL) 2022. A must for lovers of creamy, refined cheeses!
