Peach Muesli Parfaits
- 3 cups cereals, high fibre muesli
- 3 cups vanilla yogurt
- 3 peaches sliced
- mint sprigs for garnish
- Layer 1/3 cup of yogurt into the bottom of each parfait cup.
- Alternate layers of peaches and muesli with yogurt until the cups are filled to the top.
- Garnish each cup with a sprig of mint and serve immediately!
