Transfer to an airtight container.
Add the cubes of anglerfish and marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
After marinating, remove the cubes of anglerfish and skiver them on the 4 skewers.
Preheat the grill to high heat.
Lightly oil the grill.
Place the brochettes on the grill, season with fleur de sel and cook for 5 minutes on one side.
Turn the brochettes over, brush with marinade, season again and cook another 5 minutes.
Remove from grill and set aside on a platter.
