Coupons

  • Mobile: coupons are under the coupons tab on the bottom of the screen
  • Web site: coupons are offered on the Flyer and Coupons . Click on Coupons.

Metro mobile App:

  • Select “Coupons” tab at the bottom of the screen.
  • On the coupons page, select desired offers. Offers will be instantly added to your card. The checkmark above your card icon indicates the number of total coupons.
  • As a reminder, coupons added appear in the section “List”.
  • Coupon offers loaded to your AIR MILES® Card will be instantly applied upon presentation of your card at checkout.

 

Web site:

  • On the Coupons page, click on the coupons/offers to add them to your card.
  • On the top right of the page, the counter above the icon displays the number of coupons added. Simply click on it to see all the coupons added to your card.
  • Coupons added to your AIR MILES® Card will be instantly applied to eligible purchases upon presentation of your card at checkout.

Yes, you must be a metro.ca member and add your AIR MILES® Card to your metro.ca account. You must be logged in to your account or have added your AIR MILES® card on your mobile app to use them. Simply go to the My Coupons tab to see available offers.

Yes, you must be a member to get coupons. If you are an AIR MILES® Collector and add your AIR MILES® Card to your metro.ca account, you’ll get personalized coupons every week.

  • If you are browsing from a desktop, sign in to your account, then click on your name, then click on My account.
  • If you are browsing from a tablet or mobile device, sign in, then click on the person icon, then click on My account.
  • Click on My AIR MILES® Card.
  • Enter your card number in the field provided and other mandatory information marked with a * and click on Add My Card.
  • Online coupons are valid in all participating Ontario Metro stores. Limit of 1 coupon per user for the duration of the offer.
  • You must add your coupons to your AIR MILES® Card on metro.ca or the My Metro mobile app. See “How do I add coupons to my AIR MILES® Card?” for directions.
  • Once you have added the coupons to your AIR MILES® Card, you can scan your card during your next eligible purchase and they will be instantly applied to your purchase. You can present your plastic or digital card in any participating Metro store in Ontario. Limit of one (1) coupon per client per valid offer.
  • Paper coupons must be individually scanned in every participating Metro Ontario store.

To find out how long a coupon will be valid, check its expiration date.

New coupons come out every Thursday. To get the most out of them, visit metro.ca or regularly check the “Coupons” section in the My Metro app. When you receive new coupons, you can choose to receive emails or notifications on the mobile app.

Simply add your AIR MILES® Card to your metro.ca account and go to the Just for Me page to get your personalized coupons based on the products you’ve bought before. Consult the Just for Me section of this FAQ to find learn more.

No, you don’t need to print them. We’ve made it easier to use your coupons. You simply need to add your coupons to your AIR MILES® Card by clicking on “Add” in the coupon or “Add all” on the coupons page. You can also print a list of all the coupons added to your card if you want to remember them when you are in the store.

If your coupons are expired, you will not be able to use them. However, you can add available coupons to your card to get the points or discount the next time you purchase an eligible product.

Yes, your added coupons will be visible on the app and metro.ca and will be linked to your plastic or mobile card, no matter which you show at checkout.

Yes. You can access your coupons on the metro.ca site. Simply go to metro.ca and click on the “Sign up” tab and fill out the subscription form, add your AIR MILES® Card to your metro.ca account and you will be able to access personalized coupons that you can add to your card.

Check to see if you first made a selection and are in fact logged onto metro.ca. If you’re not logged on, you can see the coupons but you can’t print them.
