  • Sign in to your account.
  • Click on My account, then click on Addresses.
  • In the Account Address section, click on Edit.
  • Change your address in the appropriate fields.

Important Messages to our Community

  • Updated store hours: We've temporarily updated our hours to ensure stores are sanitized and restocked for the next day. Metro stores will be open 7 am to 8 pm every day. See Updated Store Hours as there are some exceptions. Thank you to our hardworking team and to all our customers.
  • Customer Care: Dear customers, due to the current circumstances, it may be longer than usual to reach our customer care representatives (by phone or email). We take all necessary measures to maintain the quality of our service. Thank you for your trust and patience during these trying times.
  • E-commerce and Website: Due to higher than normal volume, you may experience some delays or downtime on the site. With current inventory levels, we have limited the maximum quantities you can order on some items as we are trying our best to fill all orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.   • If you have a metro.ca account, and are browsing from a desktop, sign in by clicking on your name, then click on My account.
  • If you are browsing from a tablet or mobile device, sign in by clicking on the person icon, then click on My account.
  • Scroll down to My Electronic Communications and click on Edit to subscribe to the e-communications you would like to receive.
  • Click on Subscribe.
  • If you have a metro.ca account, and are browsing from a desktop, sign in, then click on your name, then click on My account.
  • If you are browsing from a tablet or mobile device, sign in, then click on the person icon, then click on My account.
  • Scroll down to My Electronic Communications, click on Edit and uncheck the e-communications you no longer want to receive.
  • Click on Subscribe.
  • You can also unsubscribe in the Metro newsletter. Click on Unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter and uncheck the e-communications you no longer want to receive..
  • Click on Save.

Click on Flyer and Coupons in the metro.ca main menu and Flyer to check out this week's deals.

  • Click on Find a Store in the red footer menu at the bottom of the page.
  • Enter your postal code or your province and city and click on Search.
  • If you are browsing from a desktop or tablet, the stores nearest you will be shown on the map. Their contact information will be listed to the right of the map.
  • If you are browsing from a mobile device, contact information will be displayed below the map

Metro.ca now offers customized navigation depending on your loyalty program (metro & moi in Quebec, Air Miles in Ontario, and Thunder Bucks in Thunder Bay). This will allow you to browse the flyer, deals, coupons and services offered in your region.

The search engine, available on all pages on metro.ca, searches for your text in all written copy, promotions, recipes, articles and frequently asked questions. It can’t, however, be used to find a Metro store or an item in the flyer.
