  • Click on Forgot your password?
  • Enter your email address and click on Reset password.

  • If you don’t have a metro.ca account, click Find out more in the website footer.
  • If you have a metro.ca account, and are browsing from a desktop, sign in by clicking on your name, then click on My account.
  • If you are browsing from a tablet or mobile device, sign in by clicking on the person icon, then click on My account.
  • Scroll down to My Electronic Communications and click on Edit to subscribe to the e-communications you would like to receive.
  • Click on Subscribe.
  • If you have a metro.ca account, and are browsing from a desktop, sign in, then click on your name, then click on My account.
