Cinnamon Corn Crunch
Servings 2.5 L • Calories 150
- 1.5 L (6 cups) Crispix* Krispies* cereal
- 1 L (4 cups) plain popped popcorn
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) granulated sugar
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) margarine or butter
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) liquid honey
- 2 ml (1/2 tsp) ground cinnamon
- 175 ml (3/4 cup) raisins (optional)
In keeping with good allergy practices, we remind you to be aware of allergens and to check labels on any packaged goods used. This recipe has been tested using Kellogg's* products. Results with other products may vary.
- In large microwaveable bowl, combine cereal and popcorn.
- In small glass measure, combine sugar, margarine, honey and cinnamon. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds. Stir well. Microwave an additional 30 seconds or until mixture comes to a vigorous boil. Stir.
- Slowly pour honey mixture over cereal mixture while stirring; mix until well coated. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes. stirring every minute. Stir in raisins. Cool 5 minutes; using a fork, stir to separate pieces. Pour onto a baking tray and allow to cool completely. Store in airtight container.

Classic Hot Chocolate

- 2x100g bars Milk Swiss Chocolate
- 1 L Milk
- 1 Madagascar vanilla bean, split
- 1 Stick of cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. Black peppercorns (whole)
- Heat the milk with the spices in a saucepan over medium heat until it reaches boiling point, but do not let the milk boil.
- Add the chopped chocolate and whisk until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 25 minutes to release the spices' aroma.
- Strain the liquid and reheat before serving.

- 2/3 cup (170 ml) Olive oil
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) White wine vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) Fresh chopped parsley, chives or dill
- Pepper to taste
- In a 500 mL (2 cup) bowl, use a mixer to blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

- 2 cups (500 ml) Cranberry cocktail
- 2 cups (500 ml) Sparkling lemonade
- 2 cups (500 ml) Chilled pulp-free orange juice
- 10 Strawberries
- 10 Red maraschino cherries
- 1 Orange, sliced thin
- Mix ingredients together.
- Serve in 4 glasses and garnish with fruit.
