Raspberry coulis :
Thaw raspberries in microwave, drain and reserve juice.
Combine sugar with raspberries in a bowl, and purée. Strain through a fine sieve for a smooth coulis.
Thaw cake according to package instructions.
Cut cake and serve encircled with coulis and garnished with fruit.
