In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper. Stir in cut up shrimp. Line six martini glasses with lettuce leaves. Spoon shrimp mixture into glasses. Garnish each glass with 4 whole srimp and a slice of lemon. Refrigerate before serving.
