Chop and blend salsa verde ingredients in the blender.
Cut ciabatta loaf lengthwise and open flat.
Generously coat each half with salsa verde.
Add in order, on one half of the ciabatta, grilled vegetables, ham, salami, roast beef, cheese and arugula, allowing ingredients to hang over sides.
Cover with second half of ciabatta loaf.
These dry, more delicate wines stand out with their pale colour, simple fruit aromas, and the sensation of freshness their acidity brings forth.
