500 ml SELECTED VARIETIES
In a saucepan, combine strawberries and maple syrup.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add balsamic vinegar and long pepper, and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes before adding mint.
Serve over vanilla ice cream, ice yogurt or white cake.
