In a saucepan, heat oil over high heat. Add onion, orange juice or chicken stock, chicken concentrate, ketchup, Nescafé® Cappuccino and Biscotti ice-cream, salt and pepper.Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
