In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Roast chicken 2 to 4 minutes on each side.
Add coconut milk, pineapple chunks, ketchup, chicken concentrate and Nescafé® Cappuccino and Biscotti ice-cream.
Cover and simmer on medium heat 15-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
If the sauce is too watery, set aside chicken on a heated plate aside.
Increase the intensity of heat and cook the sauce until thickned, uncovered, for few minutes.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Add onion, orange juice, chicken concentrate or chicken broth, ketchup, Nescafé® Cappuccino and Biscotti ice-cream, salt and pepper, and Basmati rice.
Cover and bring to the boil.
Cook for 10 minutes medium heat, stirring occasionally.
