In a saucepan over low heat, combine coconut milk and water.Infuse the herbal tea in the mixture for 10 minutes while keeping the heat on. Remove from heat and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes then remove the tea bags.Add in the maple syrup, honey and orange blossoms.Mix the topping ingredients together.Pour two teaspoons of the topping mixture in a popsicle mold and add in the mixture.Place the molds in the freezer overnight and then unmold before eating.Source: Four O'Clock
