Preheat oven to 400°F.Chop the onion, mince the garlic.Bring the butter to room temperature.Heat 1/2 of the oil over medium-high heat.Add onion and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.Add rice, water for rice, turmeric, and a generous amount of salt and pepper.Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 18 minutes.Meanwhile, rub spice mix on both sides of the steaks.In an oven-safe pan over high heat, add 1/3 of the butter and sear the steak on all sides.Place in the oven for 5 minutes.Bring a small pot of salted water to a boil.Drop in the green beans, cook for 2 minutes, drain and rinse under cold water.Toss with remaining 1/2 of the olive oil, salt and pepper.In a small bowl, mix the remaining butter with the chipotle sauce.Slice the steaks and top with a spoonful of chipotle butter.Serve on yellow rice with green beans on the side.Source: Missfresh.com
