Grease an 8 in x 8 in (20 cm x 20 cm) square pan and lay parchment paper on the bottom, letting it hang slightly over each side.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil, honey and maple syrup for 1 minute.
Stir the mixture until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.
Add the almond butter and the vanilla. Mix well together.
Add the rest of the ingredients (except the two garnishes) and mix well together until the cereals are thoroughly coated with the chocolate mixture.
With a spatula, spread the mixture in the pan and press firmly to even up the surface.
Sprinkle the rest of the almonds and chia seeds on top.
Press lightly for the garnishes to adhere.
Refrigerate 1 hour before cutting into bars.
