In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and add condensed milk and cocoa.
Cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon for about 10 minutes.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
When the mixture is quite chilled, spread butter over hands, pinch off bits of mixture and shape into little balls. Roll balls in chocolate sprinkles.
