Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C. In the crust, arrange apples in a circle and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Dot apples with butter. Bake on the lower rack at 350°F/180°C for 45 minutes. Brush melted apple jelly on the apples 5 minutes before end of baking time.
