A citrusy glaze made with Sprite®, miso paste and ginger is the ultimate basting mop for this super easy sheet-pan salmon.Place Sprite®, miso paste, maple syrup, ginger, lemon juice, lime juice, and sesame oil in a large skillet. Bring mix to a boil while stirring until combined; reduce mixture uncovered for 4 minutes or until reduced by half.Arrange salmon fillets on a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet. Spoon sauce evenly over fillets. Bake in preheated oven at 400F for 15 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish fillets with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onion.Tip: Serve with jasmine rice and your favourite steamed veggies.
