Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Tear off 4 sheets of aluminum foil. On each sheet of aluminum foil, place one codfish filet, sprinkle with oregano and top with a slice of lemon and 5 mL (1 tsp.) butter. Arrange the julienned carrots around the fillets and sprinkle with lemon juice. Fold the aluminum foil around the fillets to form a bundle. Put the bundles on a baking sheet and bake 5 to 8 minutes. Meanwhile, brown garlic in an oil and butter about 2 minutes. Add spinach and cook 2 minutes, stirring often. Serve codfish and carrots on a bed of spinach

Preparation
