Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a big pot of boiling salted water, cook macaroni midway through the cooking.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic. Add meat and brown it. Add pasta sauce, herbs and paprika, and season to taste.
Mix macaroni and part of the cheese into the sauce. Transfer into a casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake until golden brown.
