Cut the Doré-mi cheese into 1 in (2 cm) cubes.Cut chicken breasts into strips 1 inc (2 cm) in width.Mix garlic, turmeric, coriander, ginger, cumin, Cayenne pepper, lemon juice and cream.Coat chicken in mixture and let sit 1-2 hours in refrigerator.Preheat grill to medium heat.Thread marinated chicken and Doré-mi cheese onto skewers, alternating 2 strips of chicken with 1 cube of cheese.Grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, then salt and pepper to taste.Sprinkle with fresh mint leaves and serve on a bed of basmati rice.Serve with grilled vegetables.
