n a medium bowl, combine almond flour, coconut oil, 2 tbsp maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Press mixture firmly into bottom of a parchment-lined 9"x 5" inch loaf pan.Stir together yogurt, 1/4 cup maple syrup, lemon juice, zest and hemp hearts. Scrape into loaf pan spreading evenly.Dollop allover with blueberry jam; swirl into yogurt with a knife.Sprinkle with blueberries.Freeze at least 6 hrs or overnight.
