Refrigerate the sparkling wine, rosé and carbonated water for 12 hours.
Empty ice cubes into a large glass punch bowl just before serving.
Pour cognac, Cointreau and maple syrup over ice cubes and stir thoroughly.
Add sparkling wine, rosé and carbonated water.
Garnish with strawberries.
