Place your dough on a flat surface and drizzle with olive oil. Shape into a rough oval. Rub your shaped dough with more olive oil so it doesn’t stick and place on your BBQ over medium-low heat. After 10 minutes flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes then remove from the grill.Cook your chicken breast until it reaches 155 degrees internal temperature, flipping halfway through.To make the ranch combine the ingredients listed above.To make the buffalo sauce, put your pan on the BBQ and melt your butter. Add franks and stir until emulsified.Add your pizza sauce to the dough, cheese, and chopped chicken, then drizzle some of your buffalo sauce. Place back on the grill with indirect heat to cook until the cheese melts.Remove from the grill, crumble blue cheese on top. Drizzle more buffalo than ranch and top with green onion.
