Ingredients

  • Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    Robusto olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)
    apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)
    fresh ginger, finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)
    tarragon

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Salad

  • 1 can
    hearts of palm, sliced

  • baby greens (mesclun)
  • 2 oz
    (60 g)
    old cheddar, grated

    large strawberries

  • walnut, coarsely chopped

Preparation
