Using an electric mixer, mix ricotta and cream cheese, butter and garlic in a bowl.
Fold in remaining ingredients with a spoon.
Divide mixture among six ramekins lined with plastic wrap. Press mixture into ramekins and
cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
Before serving, remove plastic wrap and unmould pâtés.
