Pre-heat skillet, grill or BBQ at medium-high heat.Prepare the avocado salsa fresco. Dice the avocado, keeping the cubes nice and chunky, about 1cm. Squeeze half fresh lime, dice tomatoes, red onion, cilantro and mix lightly.Wrap tortillas in tin foil, put in oven or on top rack of grill to soften and warm.Pat shrimp dry and season with Citrus Sweet Chili rub and/or drizzle with Chipotle Lime Marinade, cook each side for 2 minutes.Assemble tacos - layer on cabbage slaw, salsa fresco and load-up the grilled shrimp!
