Preheat oven at 325°F (170°F).
Take an 11 x 13 inch (27.5 x 32.5 cm) baking dish and place 100 ml (approx. 7 Tbsp.) of each Vivi Bene O'Sole Mio sauce in the bottom of the dish. Evenly distribute the sauce.
Cook vegetables in oil and reserve.
Place 2 lasagna sheets lengthwise in the dish and garnish with another 100 ml (approx. 7 Tbsp.) of each sauce on the noodles. Place 55 g (2 oz) of vegetables, 55 g (2 oz) of mozzarella cheese and 30 g (1 oz) of parmesan cheese in each layer.
Repeat the above step for the next 4 layers.
Cover the lasagna with aluminum foil and place in oven for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes remove the foil and bake another 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is golden in color.
These medium-bodied wines have an intense colour with a rich nose dominated by fruit aromas. Wines that are flavourful and accessible to all.
