Infuse two Earl Grey tea bags and the lavender in the boiling water and let steep for 3 to 4 minutes.While the tea infuses, heat and froth of whole milk.Remove tea bags and lavender from cup once steeped.Add the vanilla extract and maple syrup.Pour milk into the infused cup.Place the foam on top of the latte.Sprinkle the remaining lavender on the foam.Source: Four O'Clock

    maple syrup
