In a small bowl, whisk yogurt, egg, honey and vanilla.Flatten soft centers of bread slices by pressing down with fingers, leaving a 1/2-inch crust edge to make a shallow well. Spoon 3-4 tbsp yogurt mix evenly among slices. Drop 3-4 (1/2 tsp) dollops of chocolate hazelnut spread on each slice; use a pairing knife to swirl with yogurt mix.Cook slices in an oven or air fryer set at 325F for 8 minutes or until bread is golden and filling is set around the edges.To serve, top slices with sliced strawberries, hazelnuts, honey and mint.

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk yogurt, egg, honey and vanilla.

Flatten soft centers of bread slices by pressing down with fingers, leaving a 1/2-inch crust edge to make a shallow well. Spoon 3-4 tbsp yogurt mix evenly among slices. Drop 3-4 (1/2 tsp) dollops of chocolate hazelnut spread on each slice; use a pairing knife to swirl with yogurt mix.

Cook slices in an oven or air fryer set at 325F for 8 minutes or until bread is golden and filling is set around the edges.

To serve, top slices with sliced strawberries, hazelnuts, honey and mint.
