Preheat the oven to 160*C/325*F.Steam the eggplants and purée them.In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.Shape them into a roll with the prepared mixture.Put them into a rectangular mould of 1.5 litres (6 cups).Cover with a sheet of aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 160*C/325*F for 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours.
