Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C. In a bowl, cream the margarine. Add brown sugar and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dough per cookie on a buttered baking sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake on the lower rack at 350°F / 180°C about 10 to 12 minutes.
