In food processor, pulse toasted bread to make coarse crumbs. Add dates, oats, raisins and peanut butter; process for about 3 minutes or until mixture comes together in a ball, scraping down side of bowl as necessary. Roll mixture into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls. Place on parchment paper–lined baking sheet; refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until firm.

Preparation
