Heat oil in a wok, add veal cubes and pepper and sear over high heat. In a small pan, caramelize sugar and water and pour over veal cubes. Add Tamari sauce and orange juice, mix well and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Set aside. Drizzle oil into the wok, sauté the mushrooms, sprinkle with lemon juice and add minced leeks. Cook 1 to 2 minutes.

Preparation

Heat oil in a wok, add veal cubes and pepper and sear over high heat.

In a small pan, caramelize sugar and water and pour over veal cubes.

Add Tamari sauce and orange juice, mix well and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Set aside.

Drizzle oil into the wok, sauté the mushrooms, sprinkle with lemon juice and add minced leeks. Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
