Salmon : Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chives, garlic, zest, pistachios, salt and pepper.Spread the mixture over the salmon fillets while gently pressing down.Cook for about 12 minutes, which can vary ddepending on the thickness of the fillets.
