Blend together the cheeses and wine. Wrap the cheese mixture in a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
Chill about 1 hour or until ball is slightly set.
Form wrapped cheese ball into the shape of an apple.
Unwrap; spinkle with paprika.
Use a small piece of cinnamon stick and a bay leaf to form the stem and leaf of the apple.
Serve at room temperature with assorted CHRISTIE crackers, apple and pear slices,and grape clusters.
