Wrap the cheese mixture in a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.Chill about 1 hour or until ball is slightly set.Form wrapped cheese ball into the shape of an apple.Unwrap; spinkle with paprika.Use a small piece of cinnamon stick and a bay leaf to form the stem and leaf of the apple.Serve at room temperature with assorted CHRISTIE crackers, apple and pear slices,and grape clusters.

  • assorted CHRISTIE crackers

  • Slices of apples, pears and bunches of grapes
