Wash strawberries thoroughly and dice them into small pieces.Chop the shallot very finely.Dice the bacon into small pieces and cook in a pan until crunchy. Lay on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.Chop the chivesCombine the strawberries, the shallot, chives and bacon. Adjust seasoning and pepper generously.Melt some butter in a non-stick pan. When the butter is foaming, sear the scallops on each side. Season well. Be careful not to overcook the scallops.In an Asian spoon, put a small quantity of the strawberry salsa and lay the scallop on top.Serve and enjoy.

Preparation
