Add the onion and garlic and cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes.Add the tomatoes and oregano and cook for 5 minutes. Season.Pour the meatballs over the sauce for 30 minutes until the sauce is bubbling.Serve with rice or penne

    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup

    minced onion
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    sour cream
  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    minced fresh ginger

  • To taste Salt and pepper
  • sauce:

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    minced onion
  • 1
    garlic clove, minced
  • 19 oz
    (540 mL)
    can chopped Tomato
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    dried oregano

  • To taste freshly ground pepper
